Does it get much better than this? Chocolate chip cookies with a protein boost!
INGREDIENTS: (makes 12)
- 2 scoops Chocolate Brownie Clean Vegan Protein
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk all of the wet ingredients together, then combine the dry and the wet ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in your chocolate chips.
- Get an ice cream scoop and then scoop out the twelve cookies onto your baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes then let cool for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
