Are you a pancake or a waffle? Start off your day with an easy five minute waffle (or pancake) recipe from Inno Supps Athlete Richard Duchon that uses Cinnamon Swirl Cereal Advanced Iso Protein!

INGREDIENTS: (makes 4 servings)

  • 2 scoops Advanced Iso Protein (Cinnamon Swirl Cereal)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker and get all of your ingredients ready!
  2. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients in until they are well mixed.
  3. Grease your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray, then cook your waffles (or pancakes).
  4. Enjoy! Share with your gym buddy as a post-workout treat.
