Are you a pancake or a waffle? Start off your day with an easy five minute waffle (or pancake) recipe from Inno Supps Athlete Richard Duchon that uses Cinnamon Swirl Cereal Advanced Iso Protein!
INGREDIENTS: (makes 4 servings)
- 2 scoops Advanced Iso Protein (Cinnamon Swirl Cereal)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat your waffle maker and get all of your ingredients ready!
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients in until they are well mixed.
- Grease your waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray, then cook your waffles (or pancakes).
- Enjoy! Share with your gym buddy as a post-workout treat.
