Looking for a refreshing drink to enjoy sans alcohol? These two healthy summer sparkling mocktails are made with fresh fruit, lightly sweetened, and alcohol-free, making them perfect for the whole family.

Notes for making sparkling summer mocktails:

  • These mocktails aren’t designed to be overly sweet. Use the amount of sweetener listed, tasting, and then adjusting from there.
  • To make these completely free of added sugars, you can replace the sweeteners in the recipes with Stevia drops. As how much to use will vary on personal preference, I recommend making your mocktail of choice and then adding the drops at the end to taste.
  • For the Strawberry Lime Fizz, you can sub out the strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or cherries.
  • For the Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade, feel free to use strawberries, blueberries, or black berries in place of the raspberries.
  • If you don’t have a muddler, the handle of a large wooden spoon works well.

  • 32-ounces of plain sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar or honey

Instructions for the Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

  1. Place about 4-5 raspberries in the bottom of each glass. Add juice of ½ a lemon and ½ teaspoon of sugar. Using a muddler or handle of a wooden spoon, smash fruit until it’s broken down and almost jam-like.
