Ingredients
- Tilapia, Fish, raw, 3/8 lb
- Coconut milk, 1 1/4 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro, raw, 1/16 cup
- Water, Plain, 2/3 tbsp
- Garlic, Raw, 1/2 cloves, minced
- Pepper, black, 3/16 tsp
- Cayenne pepper, red or cayenne, 3/16 tsp
- Cumin, cumin seed, 3/16 tsp, ground
- Curry powder, 3/16 tsp
- Salt, Table, 1/16 tsp
- Pam cooking spray, Oil, Olive
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Wash fillets and pat dry. Place fish in baking dish and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and whisk thoroughly. Evenly pour mixture over fish.
- Bake fish for about 15 minutes until opaque in center.
